The Wet Dock

A branch of the Byfjorden (Municipal Fjord), the municipal wet dock was once lined on either side by the wooden counting-houses of merchants, separated by narrow alleyways. Today, all that remains is the reconstructed German Quay (den tyske Bryggen) on the north side.
