Feliks Nowowiejski Warmia and Masuria Philharmonic

On 29 January 1999, the violinist Peter Herresthal was accompanied by the Warmia and Masuria Philharmonic Orchestra under Jon Bara Johansen in a performance of Arne Nordheim’s Violin Concerto (1997), commissioned by the Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra and dedicated to the Norwegian violinist-institution Arve Tellefsen, who had worked with the composer on the concerto.
