Ivo Cramér
Ivo Cramér (1921–2009), a Swedish writer, choreographer, ballet dancer and director. He belonged to the Birgit Cullberg ballet troupe (and performed in Poland in the 1970s), and together with her established the Swedish Dance Theatre. He worked as the ballet master in the Lisbon Opera and the head of ballet in the Stockholm Opera. He created choreographies for over 200 ballets and directed 140 operas, operettas, musicals, dance shows and even dance performances and morality plays staged in churches. He cooperated with Guy Krogh and Arne Nordheim on Katharsis, which premiered during the Bergen Festival in 1962, and two years later was performed in the Royal Theatre in Copenhagen.
