Stanisław Małachowski
Stanisław Małachowski (1736–1809) was a politician and member of parliament. Małachowski served as Marshall of the Four-Year Sejm and was one of the main drafters of the 3 May Constitution, of which he remained a staunch supporter, opposing the introduction of the Napoleonic Code. He was appointed President of the Government Commission by Napoleon (1806) and President of the Council of Ministers of the Duchy of Warsaw by Frederick Augustus III. Małachowski was buried in Holy Cross Church, Warsaw.
