Charlotte Thygeson
Charlotte Thygeson (1811–1872) – Norwegian pianist, pupil of Friedrich Kalkbrenner, Thomas Tellefsen’s first piano teacher in Paris (1842–1844). According to Tellefsen, an excellent Bach interpreter. Through her acquaintance with Kalkbrenner, Tellefsen had the opportunity to attend the famous virtuoso’s lessons as an observer and listener.
